Locus Design was appointed as interior designer midway through construction phase of this contemporary new-build residence near Cobham. This required delivering the design within a very short timeframe and working closely with the client and design team to ensure all the relevant interior elements were fully coordinated in order to meet the contractors’ programme for completing the project. The scope included the overall interior design, material selection, joinery design, window treatment, as well as furniture and decorative lighting for this sizeable new home.
