PRIVATE RESIDENCE

This significant and complex project, located near to the French Parliament in Paris, included the refurbishment, adaptation and conversion of an existing ‘monument historique’ (used as offices) back into its original use as a single grand residence. This required restoring many of the original historic rooms and features whilst also incorporating additional complimentary accommodation, designed to the highest level of luxury, quality, detail and functional operation, all within the constraints of a challenging budget and programme. The project also included the re-landscaping of an equally significant historic garden linked back to the principal rooms of the main house.

In this role we acted as client representative, design adviser and contract signatory for the overall project, working and coordinating closely with the local team and internationally acclaimed interior designers Cabinet Alberto Pinto, to deliver a truly exceptional and unique grand urban residence.
